Ideal Associates are real people who are willing to help people in any situation. Our home was about to foreclose. We didn’t have the money to keep up the mortgage and we couldn’t refinance. We happened to see one of their signs at a house along the road and decided to give them a call. We’re glad we did! They were friendly, understanding, and willing to help. Let me start by saying, I love real estate, I love looking at houses, helping others look for houses, watching home improvement shows, etc. My husband and I decided we wanted to move closer to our children's schools, as they were involved in many school activities, and with both of us working, transportation was becoming a major headache.
We have been married just 5 years, and thus a second marriage for each of us, we brought along a lot of baggage, when it came to our financial situation. We were renting to own a home from my parents, who graciously gave us our start, and we had alot of equity invested in that property, but not much cash for a down payment. On a whim, I decided to call Ideal Associates to see what they could possibly do for us to #1, help us sell the home we were in so that we would have the equity for a down payment on the next home, and #2, assist us with purchasing a home we would find that met our needs. These two men could not be more professional in dealing with me, and always with a smile, and comforting words, assuring me that the right house would come, that patience is the key. OK, so I am a very impatient person, and I know that is definitely a weakness. Finally, we found a home that suited our needs. Dennis and Gerald could not have been any happier than we were, I am sure. Both transactions went very smoothly, and my husband and I could not be more pleased with the way things turned out. They met all our needs, explained things to us in a language we understood, and kept us informed throughout the whole transaction, and ALWAYS very pleasant, and courteous. We have been in our home now for 2 months, and dealing with Ideal Associates has been a wonderful experience, and I would highly reccomend their services to anyone, in fact, I already have. I will continue to send people to them and am very glad for the chance to get to work with such nice people, from their office staff to them, it is a first rate run business, and I appreciate their honesty, and integrity very much. Ideal Associates was definitely an answer to prayer. My wife was advised by the doctors that a home all on one floor would be better for her physical condition so we began to think about building a new home. That meant we would have to sell our double house in order to do this. However my eighty nine year old mother-in-law was renting the other half of our home so that meant that she would have to move if we sold the house. It was then that I called the number for Ideal Associates and heard about their services. We were very impressed with the owners and signed an uncomplicated contract with them to lease with an option to by our house. They allowed us to live in our home until the new home construction was completed. When the time came to move my mother-in-law moved in with us.

Some one has said that in the real estate business the most important factors are location, location, location. In our case; however, the factor was timing, timing, timing. now have the chance to make that dream a reality.
This is not to say that the location is undesirable, for it is, indeed very nice, but the sequence of events that led us to move to our current residence is remarkable.
We first learned about this property by casually reading the classifieds in the newspaper one morning – something we don’t normally do. Later that morning, while talking on the phone, someone mentioned a rent-to-buy home available near where my wife’s parents will be living. Both of her parents have physical problems and it would be a relief to the family to have some one next door to help them when necessary.
Later that same day, our landlord told us that his wife and children were suggesting that he sell the place where we were then living. This really got our attention so; we reviewed the ad in the paper that was as it turned out, from Ideal Associates and was also the same place that was mentioned to us on the phone.
We called Ideal Associates and made arrangements to look at the house. After viewing the house, we expressed interest in their rent to own program and made an appointment to talk to an Ideal Associates representative. The gentleman who talked with us went over the rent-to-own agreement thoroughly and willingly answered any questions we had.
The good people at Ideal Associates were very understanding of our situation and we got the impression that they were sincerely glad they could help us. They have been kind and courteous in answering any questions and addressing any issues that we had.
We had always dreamed of owning our home, but never thought we would have that opportunity. Thanks to Ideal Associates’ affordable rent-own program, we now have a chance to make that dream a reality.
